Terms of use

Last updated 30 October 2026

These terms cover the use of theedition.online and the Edition client portal. By using them you agree to these terms. The work we do for a client (strategy, content, campaigns) is set out in the plan and agreement we make with that client.

The website

The public pages describe our services. Sample work is labelled as sample work and is not a client result. Nothing on the website is a promise of a particular outcome.

Your account

  • Keep your sign-in details to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
  • Tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.
  • We may pause an account that is being misused or that puts the service at risk.

What you send us

You keep ownership of the files, text and brand materials you upload. You give us permission to use them to do the work you asked for. Please only upload things you have the right to share.

Approvals

The portal lets you approve content or ask for changes. We publish or run content as agreed after your approval, so please read items before you approve them.

Plans and payment

Plans, what each includes and what they cost are confirmed with you before work starts. We will not take payment inside the portal until it says so clearly.

Limits

We work carefully, but marketing results depend on many things outside our control, so we cannot guarantee sales, followers or rankings. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: support@theedition.online.

These terms are a starting point written for a small agency. Edition's legal business name and address, and any country-specific wording, should be reviewed and added by the owner or a lawyer.
