This page explains, in plain words, what information Edition ("we") collects through theedition.online and the client portal, and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Free audit form: your name, email, brand name, website or social link, main goal, and any note you choose to write.
- Client accounts: your name and email, and the details of your brand and plan that we need to do the work. We never store your password in readable form.
- Files and messages you upload or send inside the portal: brand files, approvals, comments and replies.
- Technical records: a short-lived record of sign-in attempts, kept to block abuse, using a scrambled form of your network address rather than the address itself.
Why we use it
- To reply to your audit request and to plan and deliver your marketing work.
- To run your account, send the emails you need (invitations, password resets, approval requests) and keep the service secure.
We do not sell your information and we do not use it for advertising.
Cookies
We use one essential cookie that keeps you signed in to the portal. It is needed for the service to work, so there is nothing to accept or decline. The public pages do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Who can see it
Only the Edition team, and only what they need to do their job. We use a few service providers to run the site: Vercel (hosting and file storage), Neon (database), Brevo (sending email) and the MyRegistration account system for sign-in. They handle data on our behalf and only for that purpose.
How long we keep it
Audit requests are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable time after. Client information is kept while you are a client and for as long as we need it for our records. You can ask us to delete things earlier.
Your choices
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email support@theedition.online and we will answer within a reasonable time.
This page describes our current practice and may change as the service grows. We will update the date above when it does.
